Dr. Mark
Ist Time Visit will include:
Patient Forms
We request that you fill out our patient forms located in the New Patient Center of this website. Please bring these forms with you to your first appointment. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition. It is recommended that any previous labs or medical tests be faxed to us before your first visit.
Consultation
To find out if we can help you, we ask questions and listen. Your first visit is designed for us to learn more about you, your condition and your expectations to determine whether you are a candidate for our type of nutritional care.
Health Analysis
You are required to have initial laboratory blood work as part of your evaluation. This blood work is analyzed on a functional level to help Dr. Mark rule out more serious conditions and to assist him in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. Instructions will be given to you on your first visit as to how to obtain proper bloodwork. Any additional testing, such as stool, saliva or urine, will be recommended based on your condition.
Report of Findings
Once the results have been reviewed with you, Dr. Flannery will give you a report of findings to answer the three most popular questions:
Can you help me?
What do you recommend that I do to get better?
How much is it going to cost?
After discussing with you your history and your goals, Dr. Flannery will discuss recommendations with you.
Treatment
It is necessary for us to have all the pieces of your puzzle before we can "put you back together." Treatment is based on your medical history, your diagnosis, the duration of your condition and your present state of your health. Each treatment is designed on a case-by-case basis since every body is created differently and responds differently. The outcome of your treatment depends on how well you follow the recommendations.
